Bauhinia Cottage is self catering, however if provisions are required we have put together the following packages for you:
When one couple book the cottage they choose which of the 3 bedroom suites they prefer and the other 2 bedroom suites are then closed off giving them exclusive use of the cottage. If that couple chooses to bring along another couple in their booking, then 2 suites are chosen and so on.
All rates include:
- Bottle of chilled Bubbly per couple.
- Port & Chocolates in your suite.
- All linens, towels and robes
We can organise a private masseuse for a relaxing massage, or perhaps you’d like to take the night off and really enjoy your stay with your own personal chef whipping up 2, 3 maybe even 5 courses !
Bookings
For bookings made 60 days or more in advance, an initial deposit of 50% of the Cottage rental together with the completed guest booking form must be received at least 60 days in advance before a confirmation of your booking can be issued. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to the commencement of the accommodation period.
For bookings made less than 60 days in advance, a full payment of 100% of the cottage rental together with the completed guest booking form must be received before a confirmation of your booking can be issued.
No Contract will be entered into between Bauhinia Cottage and yourself until funds have been received – Should funds not be received within 5 banking days from time of booking, the booking will be deemed as cancelled.
3. CANCELLATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Bauhinia Cottage must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect the day written confirmation of the cancellation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing. More than 30 days before arrival date – 30% of full price will be non-refundable Less than 30 days before arrival date – 50% of the full price becomes non refundable. Non refundable deposits will be reinstated (less an administration fee of $35.00) if a new booking is secured in writing within a three month period of original arrival date.
The above cancellation charges also apply if Bauhinia cottage cancels the booking due to non payment of the balance owing. No refund will be given for departing the cottage earlier than agreed on your original booking form.
Check In & Check Out:
Check in time is from 2.00 pm on day of arrival with check out by 10.00am on the day of departure Monday thru Saturday and 12.00 noon on Sundays. Late check out may be requested however is subject to availability and will be advised at time of your arrival.
All rates are GST inclusive.
Bauhinia Cottage caters for adults.
Children may be accepted by arrangement.
Sorry - no pets.
